The C-A-T Generation 7 by North American Rescue is the official U.S. Army tourniquet, proven 100% effective for extremity hemorrhage control. Since 2005, it has reduced mortality from limb bleeding by 85%, saving approximately 1,850 lives. This one-handed tourniquet works on both upper and lower extremities, including pediatric limbs.
